If you're like me, getting onboard with Medicare is an overly complex and frustrating experience. I worked with Michael Biggs at the last minute because my online application for Medicare was off-track. He was very knowledgeable about the whole process, wonderfully patient with my last minute panick, and in the end, he helped me get the glitch in the online process resolved and then he got me on a super plan. I highly recommend him.

Jason educated me about my Medicare options. He provided a packet of information as a companion with our discussions. He is personable, patient, and easy to talk to. In the end he was able to use his software tool to search available insurance plans for medical and prescription coverage. The choices match my current needs. This was so much better than going through this experience on my own.

As most of you know understanding Medicare, Medicare Advantage and Medigap can be a nightmare! Making informed decisions with all of the information out there is like trying to make sense of what is going on in the Tokyo airport! (Personal experience-very scarey).
